1. The Service
We offer a free AI voice demo. You dial our demo number and speak with an AI agent that walks you through scheduling a sample appointment. If you consent during the call, you will receive a single SMS confirming the sample appointment. The appointment is a demonstration only and creates no real obligation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the demo and must be calling from a phone number you own or are authorized to use.
3. SMS Program Terms
– Program: KayteckAutomation voice demo appointment confirmation
– Description: A one time SMS confirming the sample appointment you booked during the demo call
– Message Frequency: One message per demo. We do not send marketing or follow up messages.
– Opt In: Verbal consent given during the demo call. The AI asks if you want a confirmation text before sending.
– Opt Out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation of the opt out and no further messages.
– Help: Reply HELP, or email [CONTACT EMAIL].
– Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
– Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service available on major US carriers.
– No Sharing: We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
– Call from a phone number you are not authorized to use
– Use the Service for unlawful purposes
– Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
5. Demo Only
The appointment booked during the demo is not real. It is a sample to show how the AI works. We make no guarantee of any specific result from using the demo.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Service is owned by [BUSINESS NAME] and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaytech, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to $100 USD.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, in the County of Cook, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
