Kaytech, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates KaytechAutomation.com (the “Site”) and offers an AI voice demo that you can call to experience how an automated appointment booking agent works (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
When you call our demo number, we may collect:
– Your phone number (from caller ID)
– Any information you provide during the call, such as your name, preferred appointment time, or other details the AI asks about
– Basic call metadata (call time, duration)
We do not ask for payment information, government ID, or other sensitive data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information only to:
– Operate the demo call
– Send you a single SMS confirmation of the sample appointment you booked, if you agree during the call
– Improve the Service
3. SMS Consent and Messaging
During the demo call, the AI will ask if you would like to receive a text message confirming the sample appointment. If you say yes, you will receive one SMS to the phone number you called from. We will not send any additional messages.
You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply.
4. No Sale or Sharing for Marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your phone number and SMS consent, with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent information collected through the demo are never shared with affiliates or outside parties.
We may share information only with:
– Service providers who help us deliver the Service (telephony, SMS carriers, hosting), and only for that purpose
– Authorities when required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain demo call information for up to 90 days and then delete it, unless you become a customer or ask us to keep it longer.

– Tell you what information we have about you
– Delete that information
– Stop contacting you

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
